报告题目:疼痛的起源

黄天文博士简介2005年本科毕业于南京大学;2005-2012年于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院神经科学研究所获理学博士学位;2012-至今于美国哈佛大学医学院从事博士后研究,主要研究哺乳动物应对疼痛的神经调控机制。

 

报告摘要疼,我们每个人都体验过那酸爽的滋味。哪怕是一个刚刚学会走路的小孩也知道在触碰到火炉边的那一刻会快速地把手撤回来反射性防御反应,但可惜还是晚了,稚嫩的手指被轻微烫伤。为了缓解疼痛,这个小孩会把烫伤的手指放到了嘴里含着后续应对疼痛反应。这一系列的动作,似乎是天然合成。为避免受伤撤回手和缓解受伤的疼痛是两种截然不同的进化反应,但是迄今为止,科学家们还无法找到它们的分子起源和信号通路。我们的研究工作首次揭示了反射性防御反应和后续应对疼痛反应分别由两种不同的神经环路调控,本研究将促进对缓解持续性疼痛药物的重新评估和开发
